Everyone Deserves Connection.
As we age, staying connected to others can become more challenging. Limited mobility, changes in health, or the loss of family and friends can leave many older adults feeling isolated and alone. Yet meaningful relationships remain essential to emotional wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Our Friendly Visitors, Callers & Helpers Program connects older adults with caring, screened volunteers who provide companionship, encouragement, and practical support. Whether through a weekly visit, a friendly phone call, or assistance with errands, these connections help older adults feel supported, valued, and engaged in their communities.
Services may include:
- Weekly in-person visits
- Friendly phone calls and wellness check-ins
- Assistance with errands and transportation
- Social engagement and companionship
